1. Open the virtual backgrounds Google Slides presentation here! 

2. [OPTIONAL] Only follow these steps if you want to customize with your name

   • Make a copy of the presentation in Google Slides: File > Make a copy > Entire presentation

   • Choose the slide you want & add your name, college, and other details into the included text box! 

     Tip: use line 3 for your 5 personal emojis from your Hive profile (under "preferences"). These are 5 emojis that describe you, your life, interests, experiences and passions. 

3. Download as .pdf: File > Download > .png Image (Current slide) 

4. Upload to Zoom via desktop Zoom app preferences - Full instructions here  

5. Repeat for multiple backgrounds!
